[#QS-1155] Q7 test editor improvements - Xored Software, Inc.

Our test editor should feel like other eclipse text editors.

1.	Remake test case editor to be based on text editor instead of FormEditor	Resolved	Andrey Sobolev
2.	Comment/uncomment actions in scenario editor	Resolved	Andrey Sobolev
3.	Our Script editor does not support Tab/Shit+Tab on text block selection	Resolved	Andrey Sobolev
4.	Move line up/down with Alt+Up,Alt+Down	Closed	Andrey Sobolev
5.	Ctrl+Left, Ctrl+Right should work correctly	Closed	Andrey Sobolev
