Q7 doesn't wait GWT Compile on Mac

This issue appears because Tesla restrict time which job can spent in Object.wait() method to 10 seconds by default. I guess this is a good restriction for deadlock monitoring. However on Mac GWT compiler can spent in this method much more time. For some reason on Windows it works much faster.

I think the right solution will be to increase wait limit (there is TeslaLimit.JOB_STEPMODE_ENABLE_TIMEOUT option, but I'm not sure how we can change this value). Or add wait command after compile if there is no other way.
