Right now if AUT is go into broken situation, for example AUT developers broke workbench.

So connection is available and context are trying to apply, but fail with different reasons.
Q7 is not able to detect and restart AUT. So a lot of tests are failed in runner.

We need to provide a code to check, what Workbench is in good state.
