ECL core parameters binding is too clever on parameter types

Description

If a command being parsed accepts a parameter of the type Object, ECL parser tries to narrow down the type in a very clever way. Few examples:

"10" -> Integer 10
"tRuE" -> Boolean true
"1e1" -> Double 10

That way we lose the information about the original value of a parameter. Select command is affected, for example.
