Description

If files are deleted on filesystem without use of Q7 UI, they are left in Q7 Explorer view and are show3 without any error indication.
If user tries to open or delete them an exception happens:

Could not open the editor: Can't load input file

Invalid file references persist on Eclipse restart or project cleanup.
Refreshing Q7 Explorer view removes absent files.

The fact that deleted file is shown with no markers is the common behavior for eclipse projects (Java projects have the same behavior), however error message when opening such files should be less agressive (again, see how Java projects behave when opening Java file removed from file system)
