Timeout for individual test

Description

Currently it is impossible to set timeout in a test case, as 'set-q7-option' command is being executed after test execution start. We need to handle this somehow (probably in the same way as 'wait-until-eclipse-is-ready', i.e analyze script being executed).

Analyzing script is easy, but besides setting timeout for test execution in BaseAutLaunch, there's also a guard timer com.xored.q7.internal.launching.LaunchTimer, which terminates an execution via monitor. Partial changes pushed to a branch 'jira/QS-2864'. With these changes it is possible to reduce timeout, but we also need to be able to increase it.
