Description

Construct a workflow that would allow:

  1. Support of commerical clients via support@xored.com
  2. Bugzilla bug reports for release notes and public advertisement
  3. Easy navigation from bug on bug tracker to support ticket

Problem:
If bugzilla is used as main bug tracker we put links to closed support system and fail 3..
If Jira is used as main bug tracker we have to synchronize it with bugzilla and make bugzilla entries unnatural and less verbose.

Possible solutions:

  1. Bugzilla is main bug tracker, web crawler informs us about dependent support tickets that can be closed.
  2. Bugzilla is main bug tracker, browser plugin provides links from bugzilla to support ticket.
